Privacy Policy

This page explains what information IIS Rescue collects, why, and how you can access or delete it. It's written in plain language on purpose — the actual data footprint of this site is small.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or book a consultation through Calendly, we collect what you provide directly — name, email address, and scheduling details such as your preferred time and any notes about your project.

If a project moves forward and payment is processed, billing information is collected through Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers or seen by us — Stripe handles that data under its own security and compliance standards.

How it's used

Information you provide is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for consultations, and process payment for services you've agreed to. That's the extent of it.

Your information is never sold, and it's never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function, each handling a specific piece of the process:

Each of these services processes the information necessary to do its job — scheduling data with Calendly, payment data with Stripe — under its own privacy policy, linked above.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses two analytics services to understand how it's being used and to improve it over time:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — collects usage data such as pages visited, traffic source, device and browser type, and approximate location, via cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity — collects behavioral analytics such as session replays, heatmaps, and click and scroll data, via cookies. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Neither is used to sell your data or serve you ads — they exist to show us which parts of the site are working and which aren't. You can opt out of this kind of tracking through your browser's cookie or tracking-prevention settings, or with an extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

The Calendly scheduling widget embedded on the contact page may also set its own cookies as part of its normal operation, as may Stripe during payment processing. Those cookies are set and controlled by Calendly and Stripe respectively, not by us — see their privacy policies above for details.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email contact@iisrescue.com and we'll respond directly. This covers the same ground as CCPA and GDPR rights to access and deletion, without the legal formality: we don't sell your data, we hold very little of it, and we'll remove what we have on request.
